Your own website with booking
The site is built from what is already in the system: photos, rates, seasons and free dates. A guest picks dates, sees the price at once and sends the booking. The colours and typeface are yours, and the site runs on your own domain.
Already have a website? The booking form goes into it too.
Payments and invoices with no manual work
Every booking has its own variable symbol and QR payment. When the money reaches your account, the system recognises it and matches it to the booking. The guest gets the advance invoice, the tax document and the final invoice as PDFs.
Guest money goes straight to you, never through us.
The paperwork, done for you
The guest book, the list of guests to report to the foreign police, and the tourist tax. What used to go into a notebook and spreadsheets, the system writes down and works out. When an inspection comes, it is all in one place.

We build it for our own cottage
Chalupario exists because we could not run Roubenka Beneška sensibly on anything there was. Bookings in email, payments in the bank statement, invoices in Word and the guest book in a notebook.
Today our whole cottage runs on it, from the website to the documents. What we offer you, we use ourselves every day.

What is a booking system for cottages?
One place for your booking calendar, online reservations from guests, rates and seasons, payments and invoices. A guest picks dates on your website, sees the final price straight away and sends the booking. The system sends them payment instructions, matches the incoming payment to the booking and issues the documents. Instead of a notebook, spreadsheets and emails written by hand.
What does it cost?
You pay a fixed amount per property per month, or per year, and every further property costs less. We take no commission on bookings. Until you confirm your first booking or launch your website, everything is free, support included. The prices are final. The exact amounts are in the pricing on chalupario.cz.
Do I get my own website for the cottage?
Yes. The site is built from what is already in the system: photos, rates, seasons, availability and the booking form. You pick the colours and the typeface, write your own text, and the site runs on your own domain. If you already have a website, you can paste the booking form into it.
How do payments and invoices work?
Every booking has its own variable symbol and a QR payment. Guests pay straight into your account; the money never passes through us. From the notifications your bank sends you, the system recognises the payment and assigns it to the booking. Connect a payment gateway and guests can pay by card too. The guest receives the advance invoice, the tax document for each payment and the final invoice with Czech VAT as PDFs.
Can the calendar connect to Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes, over iCal, both ways. Every property and room has its own calendar address that you paste into the portal, and the portal pulls the booked dates by itself. The other way, the system reads availability from the portals and blocks those dates for you; you connect a portal calendar through the assistant in the app. If two bookings overlap, it tells you. Prices are not synced with the portals.
How do I start, and who helps me set it up?
Add your property, set rates and seasons, publish the website. If you get stuck, get in touch and we will walk through the setup with you, right away if you like. We tuned rates and seasons on our own cottage ourselves. The app also has an assistant: tell it what you need, it prepares the change, and nothing runs until you confirm it.
I already use another booking system. Can I switch?
Yes, and we help you move. We bring your bookings across with you, history included, and can load the content of your current website into the new one. Our own cottage moved the same way. Guests are not sent documents again for bookings that were brought across.
