Cookie policy

Cookies are small files the browser stores; alongside them we use localStorage for settings the browser should remember. Necessary items always work, optional ones only with your consent.

Necessary: the record of your consent choice, the sign-in cookie (httpOnly), appearance (light/dark), language, a preferences cache, the last selected property, the unread notification counter and a reload guard after an error. Analytics (only after consent): Google Analytics 4 (measurement G-LT9VPR3ZXR, cookies _ga and _ga_*). On rejection analytics does not start, and an already loaded script is switched off.

On Chalupario the analytics category also covers Microsoft Clarity (cookies _clck and _clsk). It records how the page is used - clicks, scrolling, moving through screens - so we can fix the places where people get stuck; text typed into fields is masked by default. Microsoft processes the data in the Microsoft Azure cloud and, under the Clarity terms, also uses it for its own purposes, chiefly running and improving its services; some of that processing can happen outside the EU/EEA, under Microsoft’s standard contractual clauses. Reject and it never loads at all; withdraw and the recording stops immediately.

Maps load from OpenStreetMap and embedded videos from YouTube (no-cookie mode) or Vimeo; sample images on property websites may come from Unsplash. Displaying such a page passes your device’s IP address to those services. Fonts are served from our own domain.
